Having over 12 years of culinary experience, honing my craft and perfecting skills in various prestigious kitchens. During my studies at Le Cordon Bleu, I interned at Ricardo’s Restaurant, where I quickly climbed the ranks to become the head of catering. Currently and for past 6 years I've been the Executive Chef of Gardner's Restaurant. My culinary philosophy is centered on high quality and bright flavors. I love highlighting bold and fresh ingredients, utilizing refined yet simple techniques to create exquisite dishes that delight the senses.
Together we will develop a customized menu suited specifically to your tastes. Our special attention to preferences ensures that every guest is considered and nourished.
